Refunds are only available for products purchased directly PHi Brewing Co. via our official website or authorized retail partners.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be:

  • Unopened and in its original packaging.

  • Returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Accompanied by a proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).

Perishable goods such as beer are exempt from being returned if opened, unless they are defective or damaged.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Products that have been opened or consumed.

  • Gift cards.

  • Any promotional or discounted items.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at admin@phibrewing.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, details of the product, and the reason for the refund request.

Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions on how to return the product to us.

4. Returning Products

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

5. Processing Refunds
